See the attached COC modification for the 3M Pittsboro Mine in Chatham County. They submitted info. to notify us of
alterations that will add stormwater outfalls in the future, and we noticed those outfalls would go to receiving waters
not on the original COC. We processed it as a modification request. There's no change to where mine dewatering
wastewater is discharged. By this email, we are sending RRO its copy.
