Hey Thad,
Just wanted to touch base on this one. In BIMS it looks like you have done the site visit, but
only the inspection date was in the report. Just wanted to check and see if there is any
concern with this one from what you saw at the site.

I'll do the best I can to get out to this and the other sites. If you don't hear from me by the
time you need comments go ahead with address the renewals how you see fit. I have made
folders for each one and plan to inspect them but just can't be sure I can get to them before
you need my input.

Bill and Thad,
Here is another draft permit renewal in your region. I'm not picking on you, it just happens
that the oldest renewals are in your region. The next one is going to WIRD, I promise!
I'm asking for your comments on the attached draft individual NPDES Stormwater permit
renewal for Resinall Corporation — NCS000292.
Attached are the following documents for your review:
1. Draft permit NCS000292
2. Cover letter to permittee — outlines the major changes from the previous permit
3. NCS000292 Renewal application from permittee

4. Some supplemental monitoring data for the last few years since the application.
5. Updated Site Map.
The last inspection of their facility looks to have been in 2011. We are proposing to remove
some of their monitoring parameters because the data over the last 10 years is coming in
under the benchmarks (see cover letter for info on the specific changes). We are maintaining
some base parameters in the draft permit. I would appreciate your feedback on this to see if
you feel any of the parameters should stay in the permit. What we have removed are
basically nutrient parameters where we were gathering data because they are in an NSW
watershed.
I'm sending the draft permit to the permittee today and I expect to have the permit out to
public notice by the middle of next week. I would appreciate it if you could schedule the site
visit and get me any comments you may have within the next 30 days. Let me know if that is
a problem.
