Alan:
Kellswater - We have attached the following information for you.
(a) Impact Page: Wetland Impacts = 0.036-ac Stream Impacts = 293 lf
(b) Final Figures: Showing all of the final figures from the last version of the PCN.
(c) Kellswater Phase 3 - 404 Certification_Supplemental Report for Road Culvert: Final design and justification for road
culvert/stilling basin.
(d) Stormwater Info for Kellswater: requested stormwater info
Waxhaw Creek - Please withdraw our application. NCDOT pulled the rug out from under us this week with regard to the
bottomless culvert crossing we were proposing. The engineers are back at the drawing board now. We will resubmit if
needed (if we are above 150 lf of impact).
Thanks for all of your help on these two!!
Have a great weekend!!!

1. Kellswater, I know the overall design hasn’t change. The little boardwalk was removed. So that left the fill in the
lots and the main crossing. So I need: a) THE “NEW” CURRENT IMPACTS. You can complete the PCN impact
table or just give the same info in your own table b) THE NEW CULVERT DESIGN/Details. b) STORMWATER
overlay
I THINK THAT IS ALL I NEED
2. Waxhaw creek: JUST a yes or no (threshold), submit info (by next Friday) or withdraw.
Thanks
