Attached is one copy of the permit application for the above-referenced project. It is understood that
this will be a modification to the existing Nationwide 29 Permit with the Action ID #2015-01579.
The permit package includes the Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) form and associated
supporting documents. Per the PCN instructions, we have reduced the plan sheet size down to
11 x 17 inches.
