2 STREAM BARBS ARE MEANT TO AUGMENT REVET ENT DESIGN (TOE -WOOD AND GEOLIFTS OR LPST).
3. STREAM BARBS SHOULD BE AN ANCHORING INTERMEDIARY FEATURE. WHEREVER THE BANK IS
TRANSITIONING FROM GEOLIFTS TO VEGETATION PLANTING, THERE SHALL BE A STREAM BARB KEYED
INTO THE TRANSITION.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT STONE SIZE GRADATION FOR APPROVAL STONE SHALL CONFORM TO
GRADATION SIZES FOUND HEREIN, AND TO NRCS MATERIAL SPECIFICATION #23.
