Hey Ian,
My blonde hair is getting mussed up on this one...on December 1, the consultant sent
in 5 copies of the same worksheet/info as the previous [November 22~ submittal but
the December 1 cover letter has different parameters on there. The worksheet
indicates 43+% impervious cover (which would require a larger constructed wetland),
while the cover letter states 31o impervious cover...with correspondingly smaller
stormwat2r wetland. I don't know which set of info is incorrect-- the cover letter
or the worksheet. I think they need a 15-yard penalty and punt.
