STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT
Public comment or objection to the draft permit is invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address
below. All comments received through April 25, 2018 will be considered in the final determination regarding
permit issuance and permit provisions.
Application: Starpet, Inc., 801 Pineview Road, Asheboro, NC 27203 has applied for an NPDES permit renewal to
discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at this address in Randolph County. The facility discharges to a
