Good Morning-
I'm forwarding you a copy of the third monitoring report for Hofmann Forest
Bank for your reviewing pleasure. Also, I have attached a copy of my
commenting letter responding to last years report. In referencing this
letter, you will find that 80 (or 31 credits) of the 2nd year credits were
withheld based on inconclusive hydro results. If the current report
demonstrates success, under normal conditions, we may be looking at releasing
the loo plus the 8% that was withheld last year. Just wanted to disclose
this will you review the report. Also, I attached another letter to show you
what credit release schedule Hofmann is on. This was prior to the Mitigation
Rule and the current schedule for forested wetlands.
Pls take a look and provide comments by April 3rd if possible (3 weeks).

Also, the folks listed on the title page were the original MBRT members, is
this list still correct?
....and should I send a hardcopy along to the entire MBRT too?
(if I remember correctly, only John Dorney had trouble with the e-mailed PDF
files.... and I am trying to keep the report distribution costs down too, if
possible...)
