We received the attached letter with DWQ review comments for this project the week of January 26th, I don't
have a "stamped in" receipt date at the moment but can get one if needed. The 21 day time clock, if going by
the date of the letter is up on Wednesday, February 11 th. Last week I was over at your office for a meeting
and met briefly with Annette Lucas on this project. She was going to discuss some of my concerns with you
and Brian and get back in touch with me. Basically it was regarding grassed swales vs. other BMP's for linear
transportation projects.
The purpose of this email is to request an extension on our 21 day time clock. Currently we are still awaiting
Annette's guidance on our question and have not begun making changes to our stormwaterldiffuse flow
devices. If it is necessary for me to submit a written letter requesting an extension please let me know, I just
do not want this project to get withdrawn from the review process.
