Water Resources (Division) for the above referenced project. On March 6, 2018, the Division
received a request via email from you to withdraw the current application. Therefore, your 401
Water Quality Certification file is hereby considered withdrawn.
Please be aware that you do not have authorization under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act for
this activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North Carolina
General Statutes and Administrative Code.
