Attached is a rescission request for Cemex. It looks like NCG140207 was made inactive in 2003 in BIMS. At the time, the
company was listed under a different name. Could someone take a look at this site even though we have it listed as
inactive in BIMS. I’m thinking a name change/owner change form was never done and Cemex has been operating at this
facility.
