On behalf of the City of Oxford, we have enclosed the following items for your review and approval:

T his project is located in the Tar-Pamlico River Basin and will involve the installation of approximately
2,01 G LF of 12" gravity sewer, in order to replace old and deteriorated gravity sewer lines, and in turn
eliminate a major contributor to the City's 1/1 problem. The sewer line installation will have temporary
irnpac`Ls on approximately 100 LF of streams, 34,000 SF of Zone 1 buffers and 22,000 SF of Zone 2
buffers. Since the purpose of this project is to replace existing sewer lines, no new flows or growth
are being accommodated.
Please note that this project has been submitted for funding under the American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Stimulus), and an expedited review would be greatly appreciated.
