Stat. §§ 132-1 through 132-11 Hi Dianne, I spoke with some other people here in the office and this is what I have found out. We do issue Pump & Haul permits here in the Wilmington Regional Office but we cannot renew them, those renewals have to go thru Raleigh. Also the Summerhouse WWTP is a Non -Discharge facility and someone thought Kendal Williams?? may have knowledge of these files, these files should have to copy of the application with them. At this time, Michele indicated they no longer use this email address. For Pump and Haul permits, the Non -Discharge Permitting Unit was responsible for the filing of these 2013 and before, and then Central Files was responsible. I am unable to find anything amongst my files regarding to these permits. Would someone be able to assist this gentleman?
