Please be aware that non-compliance with your permit could result in enforcement action by the Division of
Water Resources for these and any additional violations of State law. The Raleigh Regional Office encourages
you to take all necessary actions to bring your facility into compliance.
For these specific deficiencies, it appears that samples were only analyzed once in February, but were analyzed
three times in January, including on Monday, January 30th. Please note that for parameters that are two be
sampled twice a month, the samples must be collected/sampled twice between the first and last day of the month.
