Dear Mr. Byers:
The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted a Bioassay inspection of the Marshall
WWTP on 2/06/2018. Samples were collected and split by Sheridan Byers and me for the
24-hour acute Pimephales promelas toxicity test. The tests using these samples both resulted
in a pass. Further details are contained in the enclosed inspection report.

On 2/6/2018 at 10am I (Daniel Boss) conducted a Bioassay Inspection at the Marshall WWTP.
Sheridan Byers assisted with the sample split. The sample was used for the 24 hour Pimephales
promelas (fathead minnow) acute toxicity test.
The test resulted in a pass. Toxicity test information follows:
Test type: Acute 24-hour Pimephales promelas pass-fail
Test Concentration: 90%
Test Result: pass
Control Survival: 100%
Test Treatment Survival: 100%
Sample pH: 7.71 SU
Sample Conductivity: 673 micromhos/cm
Sample Total Residual Chlorine: <0.1 mg/L
The toxicity test run by ETS,Inc. also resulted in a pass.
