Dear Mr Setzer
On February 11, 2009, I inspected the construction work on US Highway 64 in Clay County and the project
appeared to be in good shape Construction work is just getting started with only a small portion of the area
under construction The erosion and sedimentation contiol structures, vegetative covering, and matting appear
to be working properly
Please continue to ensure that all sediment and erosion control stiuctures are maintained and that seeding and
mulching are performed as needed to protect downstream waters A copy of the inspection report is attached
to this letter
If you have questions, please call me at 828-296-4500
