project (the "Project"). Based on feedback from our meeting with Division of Water Quality and Division
of Coastal Management staff on March l6, 2006, our client decided to revise the site plan for the Project

in order to reduce wetland impacts. Charles Riggs recently met with Noelle Lutheran to review this
revised site plan. As such, we plan to submit a revised LAMA Major Development Permit application, a
revised 401 Water Quality Certification application, a revised Section 404 Permit application, and a
revised State Stormwater application shortly.
We request that you hold our client's applications in abeyance until such time as you receive the revised
applications.
