In response to the above Notice of Violation for the Town of Seven Devils, the
exceedance in fecal coliform for a daily maximum for three consecutive months was
caused by chlorine tablets that swelled which then caused less of a release than necessary
for the effluent dosage This matter was addressed and the plant returned to compliance
by the samples following the exceedance At no time were the monthly limits exceeded.
We feel that we have since addressed the matter and hope to not have further recurrence
of the same. At this time we ask you to consider foregoing assessment
