I went by 167 Smethport Drive on 11-29-2017. Former gas and fuel operations have been removed and the site has
been grading within the last few days. NCG080062 can be closed out.

Google maps (2017 map I think) does look like there is a gas & propane facility located at 167 Smethport drive. I tried
the numbers were have listed for the facility and it looks like numbers are disconnected. I have a state stormwater site
not too far out of the way of this site. I’ll be out until next Wed, 11/29. I can take a trip to West Jefferson, Wednesday
11/29 and see if there is anything that requires stormwater permitting still operating at the site. If they are in operation,
I can get new contact information so we can collect permitting fees and I can check their records, likely out of
compliance if in operation.

I’m thinking of making this permit inactive. They are 4 years past due on their invoices. I did google the facility address
167 smethport drive, west jefferson, nc and it looks like something still at that site.
