The Division agrees with the subject facilities response, that due to an observed holiday, the
facility did not violate the effluent monitoring frequencies, as required by the subject permit.
This miscommunication was however a result of the facility's failure to appropriately code
hohday (H) time on the submitted monthly monitoring report for September 2017. In lieu of
this information, the Division has decided to retract the subject NOV that was issued dated
December 8, 2017. Please ensure, that prior to submission of the monthly monitoring report,
all codes and/or analyses results are accurately reported. Failure to appropriately code
holiday time may result in future reporting violations.
