Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Storm water Regulations set forth in Title 15A Section NCAC 2H.1000. While oy u can begin work at the site under your approved Sedimentation and Erosion Control Plan, the construction of any impervious surfaces, other than a construction entrance under an approved Sedimentation Erosion Control Plan, is a violation of NCGS 143-215.1 and is subject to enforcement action pursuant to NCGS 143-215.6A. Before we can issue the post -construction storm water permit for the construction, operation and maintenance of the subject project and the storm water system we will need the following documents: • Only one set of plans were provided. We require two sets of plans — one for the owner (approved by DEQ) and another set of approved plans for our file. Specifically I need sheets 0.0, C4.0, C5.0, C19.0, H2.0. • BMP Supplement Form for Infiltration Basin/Trench found at: htto://dea.nc.L-ov/about/divisions/enerLv-mineral-land-resources/enerLv-mineral-land-r)ermit- uidance/stormwater-bmp-manual/forms Once I have a second set of plans and the Supplement Form we can issue the permit that will allow you to construct impervious surfaces (i.e., parking lots and buildings.
