U-2519CA Reclamation Plan

Attached is the Environmental Assessment and Reclamation Plan for the Barker Pit that
we reviewed on July 18? for the U-2519CA project with HDR. Since they are excavating
below the surrounding wetland area, they completed the Skaggs Calculations and
applied the appropriate buffer. Since you have already reviewed the wetlands, I will be
approving the use of this site for the U-2519CA project. Since this is along the project, it
will be very easy to review.
