The Corps approves your plan and appreciates that the plan designers have been retained to oversee construction. Per our 8/7/2017 permit non-compliance letter, you have 30 days (by 12/6/2017) to complete the work according to the plan specifications. Please keep the Corps and NCDWR informed as work progresses, and send notification and pictures upon work completion. Note that, in addition to the work proposed/approved, the Corps suggests planting live stakes of riparian shrubs (e.g. silky dogwood [Cornus amomum]) or trees to aid in long term stability of stream banks. Please let me know if you have any questions. -Dave Bailey David E.
