This letter is to requests a name change for the terminal currently known as Kinder Morgan
Southeast Terminals, LLC, Greensboro 2 terminal, to Guilford County Terminal From recent
discussions with NCDEQ, Kinder Morgan has determined that the correct name for this terminal
should be as established at the time the terminal was purchased in 2004 by a Joint venture
named Guilford County Terminal Company, LLC. There has not been a change in ownership
since then therefore in support of a name change request, a revised name change form is
included.
In addition, this submittal includes a letter of delegation of signatory authority from Guilford
County Terminal Company, LLC to Kinder Morgan's specific positions of authority
