Good Morning,
I am writing concerning the compliance inspection that was conducted in part by the DWR on November 14, 2017 to
close out the Notice of Violation (NOV) issued to the base on May 22, 2012. The site inspection was conducted by
Joanne Steenhuis, Jennifer Burdette and Robb Mairs of the DWR, Holley Snider of DEMLR and Brad Shaver of the US
Army Corps of Engineers. The inspection looked at the areas that were noted in the NOV. The DWR found that the
issues stated in the NOV have been resolved either by modifying the permit to include the impact or the impacted
wetlands were restored.
This e-mail is closing the file on the NOV written on May 22, 2012 and does not address anything else on MARSOC.
