The North Carolina Department of Transportation proposes to replace Bridge No.

Rockingham County.
This project is located in the Cape Fear River basin. Roanoke logperch and James
spinymussel have never been found in this basin. Therefore, this project will have no
effect on Roanoke logperch and James spinymussel.
