I'm back in the office. If you get a chance, please contact me regarding
the wetland hydro criteria. Options I see:
1) issue as is, and the IRT will watch results closely
2) add requirement to compare within certain % of appropriate reference
for each ecosystem type
3) require 12.5% minimum (or comparison with references, esp. during dry
years) for all wetland types
I would really appreciate your insight, but I know you're swamped (ha ha).
