Dear Mickey and Chad,
Please find attached the formal Individual Permit Modification Request for Renaissance Market.
As we have discussed, this is both a request to modify the impacts and extend the permit expiration date.
The impact modification consists of reducing the stream impacts in one location and expanding them in a second
location.
Both impacts are road crossing and are necessary to meet the current traffic regulations.
Although we do understand your programs do not necessarily allow consideration of the Applicants project schedule, any
consideration that may be given is greatly appreciated.
The Applicant has provided the following dates so you may understand the time constraints involved.
• Targeted Civil Permit Submittal: 11/8/17
• Targeted Grocer Anchor Lease Execution: 12/5/17
• Targeted Partnership Closing: 12/5/17
• Targeted Construction Loan Execution: 12/5/17
• Target Site Clearing/Grubbing Date: 12/11/17
• Targeted Wetland Impact Commencement: Week of 12/11/17
• Target Shell Construction: March of 2018
• Target Shopping Center Grand Opening: November of 2018
As discussed at our last meeting, it is our understanding that the notice circulated to additional agencies will be limited to
a 2 week review period.
