Hello Robert, The developer has requested a minor modification to storm drainage at Arbors at Meadowlark Project in Forsyth County, NC (Permit No. SW 4170501). See attached C-3.4 Sketch of proposed revision. We are proposing to add a manhole and additional storm pipe to tie the entrance storm drainage into Cl #902 located on Wisteria Drive. The intent is to remove the outlet dissipater and storm line from the back of Lot 30. The entrance storm drainage is collecting only 0.20 (+/-) acres of runoff so we will not be adding significant flow to the storm drainage system on Wisteria (see drainage area attachment). The rerouted flow will still discharge into the same Swale (along the eastern property line) prior to exiting the site. It is my understanding and assumption that this modification will still comply with the low-density stormwater requirements and the stormwater permit for this project.
