Thanks for reaching out! Transmission line engineering has confirmed that the plan as submitted
meets our required ground clearance on the proposed road crossing. As we just discussed on
the phone the south side the access road (Y3) where the created slope grades currently
transition on the eastern and western edges of the ROW need to be maxed out towards 4:1
within the DE ROW.
