Subject:Kellswater project
This is the COE# for the initial project back in 2008: COE#: 2008-2224
Kellswater “Integra” was initially part of Kellswater Commons. That was a comment for the SW mgt plan for the site.
We are just waiting to hear whether this will be treated as a NW or an IP.
To recap, the original Kellswater had 178 lf of perennial stream and a good bit of intermittent impact and some wetland
impact. Mitigation was paid for the 178
Kellswater received an approval for 112 lf for a road crossing (to the proposed site) in 2016 (don’t know that COE #) and
apparently considered independent of the earlier impacts. (we didn’t issue an approval letter)
We now have two intermittent channels proposed for impact. Nothing special about the channels.
If waive the intermittent channels the two perennial channels would still be below 300 lf, if considered cumulatively.
We are just waiting to hear whether this will be treated as a NW or an IP.
Thanks
