Two are on the same channel. They are intermittent (on the low end of the score). But nothing special. The channel with impacts 1 and 3 ceases once you hit the flood plain. I am not sure that impact #3, would actually cross the stream. (I think they just “projected” that it continued to the main channel). I don’t think a waiver for an IP should be an issue. Paul, fyi, the apartment complex was part of the original submitted application for Kellswater in 2008. Below is a shot of the “original” project. In blue is where the impacts were approved back in 2008. (0.06 ac wetland, 524 lf of intermittent, and 178 lf of perennial (mitigation required). There WAS NO APPROVAL issued for any other impact. Unless under a DIFFERENT DWR# was issued. However, nothing shows up in BIMS. Paul do you have a copy of an approval other than the one issued in August 2008? That being the case it WILL have to be included in the application. WHAT IS THE IMPACT FOR THE PROPOSED CROSSING FOR THE STREAM BETWEEN THE EXISTING PROJECT AND THIS NEW SECTION. THAT MAY REQUIRE AN IP REGARDLESS. Proposed project boundary in relation to existing 1 Paul, fyi, the apartment complex was part of the original submitted application for Kellswater in 2008.
