This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing dual pipes in a jurisdictional
area in Washington County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT
to Bunton Creek, Stream Index No. 30-14-3, Pasquotank River Basin.
Existing (2) 24" X 40' RCP's will be replaced by a 36" X 40' CAP at N 35.898387° W
76.379656°.
