PERCS Unit of the Division of Water Resources has reviewed the recent submission of revised Headworks
Analysis (HWA) for the Town of Boone. This HWA was submitted due to POTW's receipt of renewed
NPDES permit, effective May 1, 2017. The updated HWA was received by the Division on August 29, 2017.
The Division concurs with the HWA calculations for all pollutants of concern using Calculator based on
dissolved water quality standards as well as stream and effluent hardness.
HWA Due Date: Next updated HWA is due by October 1, 2020, per last HWA approval letter, dated
October 20, 2015.
