This sewer is all gravity. The inverts of the downstream manholes will not allow
adjustment for the line to be any deeper in the project area.

We have no official comment on this project. It appears that the sewer line relocation,
using directional bore, will not be installed below the stream bed, but be situated across
the stream in the water column. Is the sewer a gravity fed or a pump system? If it is
possible, we prefer the line be installed below the stream bed.
