I met with Division 9 DEO, roadside environmental and other DOT staff to review Site 24 sediment loss from last week's
storm event. Measures were overwhelmed. The area was cleaned and free of sediment. Stream was running clear. EC
measures were repaired.

Comment: At Site 24, sediment was lossed to a wetland and JS from a storm event last week. Crews removed the
sediment, seeded and matted the area and repaired/protected culvert inlet. Stream was runninq clear
durinq the inspection.
