The following restates your questions/comments and is then followed by our response. Additional Information Requested on December 12, 2008 (via email) 1. I did notice a number of items missing from the level spreader package -you may want to advise the engineer to go through the Required Items Checklist once again and make sure I have ALL the listed items or I will definitely have to put it on hold for that. We apologize for neglecting to include all the appropriate information in our original submittal. Please see the attached revised plan sheet that depicts both level spreader plan details, the section view of both level spreaders, the time and date stamped photographs of the level spreader locations and the construction sequencing which demonstrates how the level spreaders will be protected from sediment until the entire drainage area is stabilized.
