According to the Ammonia -Nitrogen compliance schedule [G.S. 143-215(b)], we are required to
submit a report detailing steps taken or actions needed to achieve compliance with our permit limits.
We are continuing to comply with the limits of our permit by using mechanical aerators. We feel that no
further actions need to be taken in order to achieve compliance.
