This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Hertford County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to Chapel
Branch, Stream Index No. 25-4-8-8-1, Chowan River Basin.

Existing 48" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 60" X 50' CAP at N 36.302667° W
77.08010°.
