Rob,
I have spoken to Richard Spencer with the USACE about U-3849 and he has determined
that the Individual Permit that I applied for is D_Qt_necessary He has instead issued
a GP 31 for the box culvert stream crossing and a N W14 for the pipe culvert crossing
I tere'fore will need the corresponding_ Water Quality Certifications from DWQ Please
