'course, the Phase II buffers would be the 30 foot setbacks. As Tom Reeder likes to say, 'setbacks are
very different from buffers.'
I don't think we would need to see this, particularly if they are not adding any impervious surfaces.

Basin in Cabarrus County so none of the riparian buffer rules that I deal with apply. I'm assuming
Phase II buffer impacts means Stormwater Phase II buffers. Do you want/need to see a copy of this
application? It's for streambank repairs at McGee Park in Concord.
