As Tom Reeder likes to say, 'setbacks are very different from buffers.' I don't think we would need to see this, particularly if they are not adding any impervious surfaces. Bill D. This is in the Yadkin River Basin in Cabarrus County so none of the riparian buffer rules that I deal with apply. I'm assuming Phase II buffer impacts means Stormwater Phase II buffers. Do you want/need to see a copy of this application? It's for streambank repairs at McGee Park in Concord.
