They have completed 5 piers at this bent and 3 remain. Chris called me a little while ago
and they have started the pour with no issues and there are no signs of fracing. He
texted me the attached picture.

Subject: B-4929 Frac Out Bent 11 Pier 3
I got a call from Ben Meyer (Assistant Resident Engineer) on the B-4929 project. We had
a frac out at Bent 11 Pier 3, which at the tip of the spoil island in the adjacent
marsh. The frac out started making it to the surface when they were almost at the
target bore depth and is being contained by a turbidity curtain. Since they were at the
proposed depth they decreased the head pressure and will pour the shaft today. I just
spoke with Chris Brotherton and he said that since decreasing the head pressure to the
minimal allowed amount that the bentonite has almost ceased making it to the
surface. He estimated that approximately 100 -150 gallons made it to the surface. He
tried to take some pictures but the wind is causing ripples which makes it hard to
see. They are following the usual clean up procedures and trying to minimize impacts to
the marsh.
