Certification to impact FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) regulated lake shore or
bottom under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Permit GP30. This Application cannot be used

Dear Bradley:
I visited the property of Margaret and John Leef in 1780, Phase III, Lot 113 on
Thursday, November 6, 2008. They would like to take down three trees on their
lot that are in the buffer zone. These trees are close to the water and could
become a hazard to a boat and/or dock. There is dense growth in the area so I
would recommend that the area be replanted with three dogwood trees or other
native trees of at least a one- inch caliper.
The thick foliage already growing there would lend itself well to dogwoods and
other small native trees, as they prefer growing under other, larger trees. The
trees need to be in place by the end of March, 2009.
