NCDOT Natural Environment Unit has completed the wetland delineation of "Waters of the United States,"
for the above referenced bridge replacement project for the North Carolina Department of Transportation
(NCDOT) Two streams were identified within the project area Cypress Creek and its unnamed tributary
Seven wetlands were delineated during the field visit Wetlands A, D, E and G are associated with
Cypress Creek Wetlands B, C, and F are non-riparian wetlands The Natural Environment Unit would like
to request a jurisdictional determination of the stream and wetland delineations The tentative letting date
for this project is November 20, 2007 Please let us know by February 6, 2006 If you would like to
