The North Carolina Ferry Division is requesting a NW3 permit to replace broken dolphins and
pilings at the basins of the Hatteras-Ocracoke Ferry This would include replacement in the turning basins
on the Hatteras Island and the Ocracoke Island side of this Ferry operati6n I have included a PCN form
