the FONSI issued for the King's Bluff Pump Station EA. According to Emily McArthur with McKim
and Creed, a FONSI has not yet been issued, but they expect it from NC DWQ within ninety days.
We ask that you place this application on hold for an additional ninety days (March 10'x', 2009).
