Need to talk to you about this project tomorrow...our Regional Conditions for NWP 23
have changed and I didn't catch it. If you can get site 5 impacts to 1-acre you should be
good (i.e. either reduce some of the fill template or mechanized clearing by 0.2 acre).
Otherwise NWP 23 can't be used, unfortunately.
