Please provide a brief description of this project (attach site plan if available):
The site will be completely graded with the exception of voluntarily leaving the pond (Wetland Area "B") and
portions of Wetland Area "A" and Wetland Area "C" intact (See Figure 3). A portion of Wetland Area "A"
will be impacted in order to widen the road and place a sidewalk per the Town of Holly Springs requirement. A
portion of Wetland Area "C" will have impacts associated with the construction of the new Lowe's Store
parking area and a temporary impact for Colonial Pipeline to relocate a natural gas line Heavy equipment will
be used for the site work.

From Raleigh take I-440 south towards Apex and continue on US-1 south. Take exit 95 for NC-55 Bypass
(South Main Street) and follow for approximately five miles. Turn right on Ralph Stephens Road and the site is
located to the northwest of the intersection of Ralph Stephens Road and South Main Street (NC Highway 55
Bypass) at 2101 Ralph Stephens Road. A gravel drive is located to the right and leads to the current residence
located on the subject property.
