I did forward your e-mail to Cyndi and Ian.
I have left a voice-mail message with you re: an extension.
The clients are obtaining the data requested by the DWQ in the Request for More
Information. The surveyor is going out to do a full topographic survey so the
engineer can prepare the stormwater plan. Talbot is the surveyor, and JBS
Consulting is the Engineer (Brad Sedgwick) make up "the team."
The "team" states that the stormwater plan will not be delivered to the client
until the mid-end of December--past the date allowed by the Request for More
Information. The client wants to be certain that he can get the data submitted
within any extension and is concerned that the "holidays" may cause some
additional delay--with the surveyor and/or engineer. The client would like to
get an extension until January 31, 2009. If this date is "too far" away, the
client would request an extension as close to that date as possible.
The client will send you a letter requesting the extension, but he wanted me to
contact you to get your input on the date. Again, he just wants to make sure he
can get all of the data in hand and meet the date requested in his extension
letter.
Let me know your thoughts.
Sincerely,
James t[v„ v
