This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Gates County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to Mill
Swamp, Stream Index No. 25-3-2, Chowan River Basin.

Existing 24" X 40' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 40' CAP at N 36.539845° W 76.77548°.
